· Level 2, Gateway@KLIA2 (non-restricted area) －Uniquely located within the airport shopping mall – gateway@klia2, From the Arrival level (Level 2), take the travellator next to Hometown Hainan Coffee to Level 2M and turn right.

· Level 2, International Departure Level KLIA2 next to Gate L8 (restricted area) - Upon Immigration clearance on Level 3, turn right and head towards "L" Gate, descending the escalator/elevator to Level 2

· Plaza Premium Lounge (Wellness Spa), International Departure Level 3 (restricted area) - S6-3-A03, behind 'The Bar' and between 'Popeyes' and 'McDonald's'.
