Tour Overview

Calling all nature enthusiasts! Begin your journey at your Kuala Lumpur hotel, where you'll board a bus destined for the verdant heart of the Malay Peninsula and the pristine jungle of Taman Negara.

After a scenic drive of about 4 hours, we will reach Taman Negara National Park, which boasts a tropical rainforest that has thrived for over 130 million years, spanning more than 4,000 square kilometers (1,544 square miles), and stands as one of the premier ecotourism locations in the region.

When making your reservation, you'll have the choice of two experiences:

Teresek Hill hike: This option includes a 3-hour hike up Teresek Hill (or Indah Hill if the main trail faces closure for maintenance), leading you to a viewpoint that reveals breathtaking vistas of the jungle and the formidable Gunung Tahan, towering at 2,187 meters (7,175 feet).Jungle hike and Canopy Walkway: In addition to the national park hiking trail, this choice features the Canopy Walkway, a thrilling suspended pathway over 500 meters (1,640 feet) long and 40 meters (131 feet) high, offering spectacular views of the forest top.

Following your hike, a delicious lunch awaits at a local restaurant, providing a chance to rejuvenate. Afterwards, we will embark on an exciting adventure along the Tembeling River aboard a traditional high-speed Malaysian boat—prepare to get drenched!

Our next destination within Taman Negara is the Orang Asli community, an indigenous group eager to share insights into their traditional lifestyle, accessed by boat.

The tour culminates with our return to Kuala Lumpur, where we will drop you back at your hotel approximately 15 hours after pickup.

Pickup Information

This experience includes pickup from selected hotels in Kuala Lumpur. A full list of eligible hotels can be found at cdn2.civitatis.com/malasia/kuala-lumpur/galeria/listado-hoteles-recogida-kuala-lumour.pdf.

Please keep in mind that pickups are not offered from the following areas and hotels: Pudu area, Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown, Hotel Olympic Malaysia, Hotel Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and Hotel YWCA Kuala Lumpur.

Pickup service is available only for bookings of a minimum of 2 participants. For solo bookings, you will be instructed to meet at a designated location stated in the document.

If pickup is necessary from outside the designated area, a surcharge of a minimum of 50MYR per vehicle will be charged, paid directly to the driver in cash. The exact fee and pickup timing will be contingent on your location.

Additional Information

Please note that on October 3 and 4, 2026, hotel pickups will be suspended due to a city event disrupting traffic. On these dates, please meet at the specified time at the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square shopping center.

If you selected the Canopy Walkway option, be aware that the bridge could be temporarily unavailable due to rain or significant overnight rainfall, subject to safety evaluations by park authorities. If the walkway is closed, the activity will be substituted with a hike to Teresek Hill.
