PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving course is designed for beginners to become familiar with scuba diving and increase their confidence underwater.

Day 1: Theory & Confined Water Practice

The course spans two days. On the first day, participants meet at the dive centre in Nusa Lembongan for a theory lesson on equipment use and safety techniques. Following this, participants will practice diving in a pool for about 30 minutes, learning to breathe with the regulator, control buoyancy, and communicate underwater.

Day 2: Open Water Scuba Diving

The second day begins at the same location, where participants board a boat to the first open water dive site. The instructor provides assistance and guidance throughout the dive experience. Participants will descend to a maximum depth of 12 metres to explore coral reefs and marine life around Nusa Lembongan. A lunch with coffee, tea, and fresh fruit (vegetarian option available) is provided before the second dive, allowing participants to apply their skills.

Afterward, the group returns to the dive centre.

Diving at Manta Point

Participants have the option to conduct open water dives at Manta Point, near Nusa Penida, where they can dive alongside manta rays.

It's essential to wait at least 18 hours after the activity before boarding a plane or ascending above 300 metres.
