PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course

This advanced scuba diving course is suitable for beginners, aimed at building confidence underwater.

Day 1: Theory & Confined Water Practice

The course spans two days. On the first day, participants meet at the dive centre in Nusa Lembongan for a theory lesson on equipment use and safety techniques. After 30 minutes, participants will don their equipment for their first pool dive, practicing breathing with the regulator, controlling buoyancy, and underwater communication with the instructor.

Day 2: Open Water Scuba Diving

On the second day, participants meet again at the dive centre and board a boat for their first open water dive. The instructor will guide them through the process and assist as needed. Once ready, participants will descend to a maximum depth of 12 metres to explore coral reefs and marine life around Nusa Lembongan.

After the dive, there is a lunch break with coffee, tea, and fresh fruit (vegetarian option available). Once the required wait between dives has passed, participants will undertake a second dive, applying their learned skills.

Upon completion of the PADI Discover Scuba Diving Course, participants return to the dive centre to rest.

Diving at Manta Point

For an extraordinary experience, participants can choose to dive at Manta Point, near Nusa Penida, where they can swim alongside majestic manta rays.

Important Information

Post-activity, a minimum wait of 18 hours is required before flying or ascending above 300 metres.
