PADI Open Water Diving Course

Day 1: Theoretical Foundations

On the inaugural day of your diving course, you'll engage with instructional videos and complete the Knowledge Reviews from the PADI Open Water Digital Manual. This theoretical segment is primarily self-directed, allowing you the flexibility to study at our dive center or partially at your accommodation if equipped with your own tablet or smartphone. Additionally, we will assist you in setting up your PADI Account, giving you access to essential digital resources. At the conclusion of the day, your instructor will assess your progress and understanding.

Day 2: Practical Skills in Confined Water

On day two, you'll gather at the dive center to embark on the hands-on portion of the course. Your instructor will provide guidance regarding the diving equipment, including proper setup and usage. Following this briefing, you’ll engage in Confined Water practice in a swimming pool, where you'll hone various scuba skills, many of which will be reiterated over the following two days. This practical session typically spans half a day, after which you will proceed with further theoretical studies.

Day 3: Diving in Open Water

During the third day, prepare for your initial two ocean dives! Your instructor will conduct a pre-dive briefing, ensuring you fully grasp the concepts learned thus far. These dives will reach a maximum depth of 40 feet and will take place at training-friendly dive sites. Once concluded, you'll return to the dive center to finalize any remaining theory or confined water components that weren’t addressed the previous day.

Day 4: Completion and Celebration

On this final day, you’ll undertake your concluding two dives, pushing to a maximum depth of 60 feet. If you successfully finished all theoretical components previously, your time at the dive center will be devoted to celebrating your achievements! We select dive sites tailored to your training needs, ensuring your safety remains paramount. Expect to encounter a rich array of marine life throughout your training excursions, with your instructor providing feedback at the day’s end. You will wrap up the course by lunchtime, offering you the option to leave the island in the afternoon or extend your stay to relish more of the stunning Nusa Lembongan, with a 10% discount on additional fun dives.
