PADI Open Water Diving Course

Day 1: Theory

On the first day, you'll watch videos and complete the Knowledge Reviews of the PADI Open Water Digital Manual. This theory part is self-study and can be done at our dive center or partially in your accommodation if you have your own tablet or smartphone. Your instructor will review your work at the end of the day.

Day 2: Confined water practice

On the second day, you'll meet your instructor at the dive center. The instructor will brief you about the equipment and how to set it up. You'll complete your Confined Water practice in a swimming pool and learn scuba skills, with more practice in the following days. The practical session takes half a day, followed by more theory.

Day 3: Open water dives

On the third day, you'll go for your first 2 dives in the ocean. The dives have a maximum depth of 40 feet and will be at training-suitable dive sites. After the dives, you'll return to the dive center to finish your remaining theory or any unfinished confined water skills.

Day 4: Final Day

On this last day, you'll complete your final 2 dives, reaching a maximum depth of 60 feet. If you've finished all the theory, you can celebrate at the dive center afterward. The instructor will review your dives, which will allow you to leave the island in the afternoon or stay longer for additional fun dives with a 10% discount.
