At the time indicated, we'll meet at Thesen Harbour Town, where we'll give you life jackets. Then, we'll board our boat for this whale watching activity in Knysna. Ready to sail around the Indian Ocean?

We'll ride around the impressive estuary in Knysna, passing by the steep Knysna Heads to arrive at the ocean. From this moment onwards, you need to keep your eye out for any movement in the waves: it's time to spot some whales!

Once we see them, we'll move closer to these creatures that can reach 50 metres (164 feet) in length. Of course, we'll tell you lots of facts about these animals as we admire them from the boat.

Along the way, not only will we get the chance to spot whales, but also sharks, African penguins, dolphins, seals and birds. It will be an unforgettable experience!

After a total of 1.5-2 hours, we'll return to the meeting point to say our goodbyes.
