Immerse yourself in the world of literature by exploring Kronborg, the renowned Hamlet's castle in the Danish town of Helsingør. This day trip from Copenhagen also includes visits to the Swedish cities of Lund and Malmö.

Hamlet & Sweden Tour

On the morning of your tour, you'll meet your guide at 9:30 am at Banegårdspladsen in Copenhagen. Following this, we will embark on a 45-minute drive to our first stop: Helsingør.

Upon arrival in this picturesque Danish town, also known as Elsinore, you will have 1 hour and 15 minutes of free time to visit Kronborg. Known as Hamlet's Castle, this impressive Medieval fortress served as inspiration for one of William Shakespeare's most famous plays. Alternatively, you can visit the Maritime Museum of Denmark in Helsingør, which features a large collection of historic Scandinavian ships.

After our visit, we will regroup at Helsingør harbour to board a boat to Helsingborg, a Swedish city located just half an hour away across the Øresund strait. Following our arrival in Helsingborg, we’ll take a bus to Lund, a charming Nordic town. Here, you will have 1 hour and 15 minutes of free time to enjoy lunch and explore at your own pace. Among the notable sites is the stunning Romanesque Lund Cathedral.

After exploring Lund, we will head to Malmö, where you will also have 1 hour and 15 minutes of free time to discover this vibrant Swedish city and admire its contemporary architecture, including the famous Turning Torso Tower.

Once our time in Malmö concludes, we will return to the bus and cross the Øresund Bridge back towards Copenhagen. We expect to arrive at the original departure point around 6:30 pm.
