Tour Details
Traveling in a 4x4 vehicle, you'll explore Udawalawe National Park, a premier location for viewing Sri Lanka's elephants. The journey will take you through the savannah in search of wildlife including golden jackals, spotted deer, buffalo, and elephants. You'll also approach the wetlands, where crocodiles and a variety of birds of prey such as the sea eagle, osprey, and crested snake eagle can be observed. After your designated time in the park, the safari will conclude at the starting point.
Options
When booking, choose from three safari durations: 3, 6, or 9 hours. The length you select will determine how much time you explore Udawalawe National Park.
Hotel Pickup
The safari includes pickup from hotels within 3 miles (5 kilometers) of the Udawalawe National Park entrance. If your accommodation is outside this range, you will meet directly at the park entrance.
