At the scheduled time, you will be collected from your accommodation in Äkäslompolo and transported to a local reindeer farm, where these delightful animals are raised and trained in the Finnish countryside.

Once you meet these gentle companions, you'll settle into a reindeer sleigh for a memorable ride through Äkäslompolo's snow-covered forests. The journey spans approximately 4 kilometers, allowing you to take in some of the most breathtaking winter vistas imaginable.

As we traverse this beautiful landscape, our guide will share insights about the sights we encounter and the fascinating life of these remarkable animals. Following our sleigh ride, we will allow the reindeer some downtime and savor a warm beverage paired with homemade cookies—a delightful remedy against the chill!

After a total of 3 hours, this enchanting experience will conclude with your return to the hotel.
