At the designated time, you will be collected from your accommodation in Ylläsjärvi and taken to the area’s outskirts to commence your snowshoeing journey.

Upon reaching the starting location, we will equip you with snowshoes and allow some time to familiarize yourself with their use. You’ll quickly discover how simple and enjoyable it is to walk using this traditional winter gear!

As we embark on the snow-covered paths surrounding Ylläsjärvi, we will make several stops to appreciate the stunning views offered by Finnish nature. Our trek will lead us to a frozen lake, where we will take a break to relax and warm ourselves with warm beverages and cookies. Delicious!

Eventually, we’ll return to our starting point. After two and a half hours of delightful winter exploration, you will leave the snowshoes behind and be transported back to your hotel in Ylläsjärvi.
