Seven Churches of the Apocalypse 3-Day Tour
Day 1: Smyrna – Pergamon– Smyrna
Pickup will be at Izmir Airport or the meet-up point at 9 am. The first stop is Pergamon to explore its Acropolis, including the altar of Zeus, the sanctuary of Athena, the library, and the temple of Asklepion. Afterward, we will head to Thyateira for lunch before returning to Izmir to visit St. John's Cathedral to learn about the persecuted churches in relation to the book of Revelation. The day concludes with accommodation in Smyrna.
Day 2: Smyrna – Sardis – Hierapolis – Pamukkale
Following breakfast, we will visit Sardis to see the Temple of Artemis and the Anatolian Synagogue. A full meal will be provided at a local restaurant. Next, we will explore Philadelphia, which is part of the Seven Churches of Asia Minor. The final stop is Hierapolis to view the Roman theater and necropolis. Dinner will be served at the hotel in Pamukkale.
Day 3: Pamukkale – Laodicea – Ephesus– Smyrna
After breakfast, we will visit the church of Laodicea to see the stadium, amphitheater, odeon, and aqueduct. Then, we will proceed to Ephesus to explore its ancient ruins. Lunch will be provided, after which we will return to Izmir and drop you off at the airport for your return flight.
