Description

Day 1: Pangkalan Bun - Kumai - Tanjung Harapan

On the first day, you will be picked up in Pangkalan Bun and taken to Kumai, where the superior category boat will be ready for your cruise. You will travel up the Sekonyer River towards Tanjung Harapan National Park, with potential sightings of orangutans.

Day 2: Tanjung Harapan

This day focuses on exploring Tanjung Harapan National Park in search of orangutans. You will visit two reserves to observe orangutans and other wildlife such as gibbons, proboscis monkeys, and crocodiles. In the evening, you will dock near a proboscis monkey colony or nipa palm area, where fireflies will illuminate the jungle.

Day 3: Tanjung Harapan - Pangkalan Bun

After breakfast on the boat, you will return to Pangkalan Bun and be taken back to the airport or your hotel.

4-day cruise

An option for a 4-day private cruise is available, allowing for an additional day to interact with orangutans in Tanjung Harapan National Park.

Accommodation

Travel and sleep on a 62-foot (19-meter) long private, superior-category cruise ship, accommodating five passengers (two on an extra bed), featuring a fixed lower deck cabin and a mobile upper deck cabin with air-conditioning and a private bathroom.
