Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery + Žabljak Tour

On this excursion to the Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery, and Žabljak, we will explore the landscapes and history of northern Montenegro.

At the scheduled time, we will meet at number 284 of Stari Grad and board a minibus to begin our tour. We will first make two short photo stops in the villages of Perast and Risan. Next, we will arrive in Nikši?, where there will be free time for breakfast before heading to the ?ur?evi?a Tara Bridge, notable for its large concrete arches and great height, situated in one of the deepest canyons in Europe.

Our next stop will be in the town of Žabljak, where participants will have one hour of free time to eat. Following this, we will drive through Durmitor National Park to Black Lake, the largest in the park, where there will be another hour free for swimming and hiking in its emerald and turquoise waters surrounded by mountains and forests.

The last part of the excursion will take us to Ostrog Monastery, an important 17th-century Orthodox Church monument. We will conclude the tour back at the starting point after approximately 13-14 hours of adventure.
