On this excursion to the Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery and Žabljak, we will explore the landscapes and learn about the history and nature of northern Montenegro.

Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery + Žabljak Tour

We will meet in either Kotor or Budva and board a minibus to visit the villages of northern Montenegro. First, we will stop for photos in Perast and Risan. Next, we will arrive in Nikši? for breakfast at your convenience, followed by a visit to the ?ur?evi?a Tara Bridge, known for its impressive height and location in one of Europe's deepest canyons.

We will then travel to Žabljak, where you will have an hour of free time for lunch. Afterward, we will drive through Durmitor National Park to Black Lake, the largest in the park, with one hour free for swimming and hiking amidst its emerald waters and mountainous surroundings.

The excursion will conclude with a visit to the Ostrog Monastery, an important Orthodox Church monument from the 17th century. We will end the day back at the starting point after approximately 13-14.5 hours of adventure.
