On this excursion to the Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery and Žabljak, we will explore significant landscapes and learn about the history and nature of northern Montenegro.

Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery + Žabljak Tour

At the specified time, we will meet at number 284 of Stari Grad and board a minibus to discover the scenic landscapes and villages of northern Montenegro.

We will first make two brief photo stops in the villages of Perast and Risan. Next, we will arrive in Nikši?, where you can have breakfast at your leisure before proceeding to the famous ?ur?evi?a Tara Bridge, located in one of the deepest canyons in Europe.

We will then visit the town of Žabljak, allowing one hour of free time to eat. Following this, we will drive through the Durmitor National Park to reach Black Lake, where you will have an hour for swimming and hiking in this largest lake of the national park, surrounded by high mountains and forests.

In the final part of the excursion, we will visit the Ostrog Monastery, an important Orthodox Church monument from the 17th century. We will conclude the excursion back at the starting point after an adventure lasting approximately 13-14 hours.
