The Hong Kong Tourist Bus is a practical way to explore Hong Kong. The double-decker open-top buses offer a 24-hour hop-on hop-off service covering Hong Kong Island, Stanley, and Kowloon, allowing you to explore at your pace.

Hong Kong Tourist Bus Routes & Stops

The bus operates on 3 routes: the red line covers Hong Kong Island, the green line includes the Stanley district, and the blue line travels through Kowloon. Each route features pre-recorded commentary in various languages, including English.

Popular stops include Tsim Tsa Tsui, Aberdeen, Stanley Harbours, Victoria Park, Victoria Peak, the International Commerce Centre, and the Mongkok district.

Ticket Options

There are different ticket options available:

24-hour basic ticket: unlimited use of one Big Bus for 24 hours (red, green, or blue line) and a roundtrip ticket for the Star Ferry.24-hour complete ticket: unlimited use of any bus for 24 hours and a roundtrip ticket for the Star Ferry.48-hour ticket: unlimited access to the buses for 48 hours and a roundtrip ticket for the Star Ferry. Includes a choice of one attraction: Peak Tram Sky Pass, entry to Sky 100, or a visit to Sampan Houseboat.

How Does it Work?

Your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours from first use. You can hop on and off as many times as desired during this period. A date must be selected when booking, but the ticket is valid for 12 months from that date. A voucher will be sent by email to present on your first bus.

Operating Times

Red line (Hong Kong Island tour): from 10 am to 5 pm, every 45 minutes; the route takes 1.5 hours.Green line (Stanley tour): from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, every 60 minutes; the route takes 1.5 hours.Blue line (Kowloon tour): from 10 am to 5 pm, every 60 minutes; the route takes 1 hour.
