Journey to Mount Pilatus from Kriens

Your journey will begin at the following location in Kriens: Schlossweg, 1. Here, you will board a gondola lift that will transport you to the Fräkmüntegg station in just 30 minutes. Throughout this ride, prepare to be captivated by the stunning panoramic views of the Swiss Alps.

Upon reaching Fräkmüntegg, you can continue your ascent by taking the Dragon Ride cable car. This popular mode of transport will elevate you to Pilatus Kulm in a brief 5 minutes. Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by the renowned alpine resort perched at an altitude of nearly 7,000 feet (2,132 metres).
