In this tour of Maui, we'll explore the island from east to west, visiting emblematic places like the dormant Haleakala volcano and the towns of Kula & Waikuku.

Maui Island Tour

At 6 am we'll pick you up at your hotel to begin this tour around the island of Maui, the second largest island of the Hawaiian archipelago.

Our first stop will be at Haleakala National Park, located in the south of the island, where we can find the famous dormant volcano, a sacred place for the peoples of Polynesia.

Haleakala is home to about 1,000 different species of plants, some of which can only be found on this island. We'll take a scenic drive through the natural landscapes of this reserve until we reach the Haleakala Visitor Center.

After the visit to the center, where we'll learn about the characteristics of the park, we'll head to the center of Maui, passing through Kula and Wailuku. Wailuku, located at the base of the West Maui volcano, was once a mighty city.

Our next destination will be the Iao Valley, west of Maui, formed by lush rainforest. This historic site is where Hawaiian royalty was buried and features the Iao Needle. If access to this natural monument is closed, we'll visit the Kula market.

We'll conclude the tour by taking you back to your hotel, where we'll arrive around 4 pm.
