On this cruise excursion to Ephesus from the Kusadasi Port, you'll explore significant sites in Turkey, including the Temple of Hadrian, the Library of Celsus, and the Hillside Houses.

Description

At the scheduled time, we'll gather at the cruise port of Kusadasi to begin our journey to Ephesus, a noted archaeological site in Turkey.

This cruise will lead us to Ephesus, known for its well-preserved remains of an ancient Greco-Roman city. You will discover highlights such as the Library of Celsus, the Roman Theater, and the Temple of Hadrian.

Throughout the tour, we will share interesting facts about Ephesus, including its status as the main commercial centre of the Mediterranean and its population of 200,000 inhabitants.

After the main tour, there's an optional visit to the Hillside House, where you can explore the remains and see the mosaics and frescoes. You'll also learn about the inhabitants' lifestyle, including their heating systems and workshops.

We will conclude the excursion with a visit to a local leather factory. If time allows, we will also stop at the Kusadasi market, where you can browse local handicrafts. Finally, we'll return you to Kusadasi Port, completing our 6-hour adventure.
