On this cruise excursion to Ephesus from the Kusadasi Port, you'll explore iconic landmarks such as the Temple of Hadrian, the Library of Celsus, and the Hillside Houses.

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the cruise port of Kusadasi, ready for a journey to Ephesus, a revered archaeological wonder in Turkey.

This cruise will take us to the remarkable site of Ephesus, where we will experience the grandeur of this ancient Greco-Roman city. As we traverse the ruins, highlights include the Library of Celsus, the Roman Theater, and the Temple of Hadrian.

We'll provide interesting facts about the site during the tour. Ephesus was the main commercial centre of the Mediterranean with around 200,000 inhabitants.

Afterwards, we can optionally visit the Hillside House, where you can walk among the remains, discovering mosaics and frescoes. We will learn about their lifestyle, heating systems, and the shops in the area.

To conclude the excursion, a visit to a local leather factory is included and, time permitting, we will also visit the Kusadasi market for some free time to explore local handicrafts.

Lastly, we will return to Kusadasi Port, concluding our 6-hour adventure.
