Priene, Miletus & Didyma Day Trip

After being picked up from your hotel in Kusadasi, you will travel south through the Turkish province of Aydin, entering the ancient city of Ionia.

The first stop is the Priene archaeological site, known for its strict street plan and public buildings within walking distance. Visit the main city square, the agora, the theatre, and the bouleuterion, where the democratic council met.

Next, proceed to the ruins of Miletus, recognized as one of the wealthiest Ancient Greek cities. Explore its theatre, temples, and public buildings once frequented by notable figures like Thales of Miletus.

Then, arrive in Didyma, where you will have free time for lunch. Afterward, visit the iconic Temple of Apollo, regarded as one of the significant temples dedicated to this deity and known for its oracle.

Following the visit to Didyma, return to Kusadasi, arriving back at your hotel nine and a half hours after departure.
