Kisite National Park Dolphin Watching

In this dolphin-watching activity, you'll sail on a dhow boat around the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park. You'll also practice snorkeling and discover Wasini Island.

Activity Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Diani, and then set off to Shimoni, the departure point for the boats traveling through the Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park.

Once there, you'll board a dhow, an Arabian boat that will take us through the waters of Kisite. The main activity will be dolphin watching, providing the chance to see these mammals in their natural habitat.

The boat will anchor, allowing you free time to jump into the water and snorkel in Kisite. You can enjoy the calm waters and admire the seabed, with the possibility of swimming with the dolphins.

In the afternoon, we'll return to land to have a delicious lunch featuring seafood dishes on Wasini Island. After lunch, we'll explore Wasini, a beautifully rugged island.

After exploring Wasini, we'll return to the dhow to head back to Shimoni and to our starting point.

Finally, we'll say our goodbyes at your hotel after a total of 8 hours.
