La Ametlla de Mar Beginners Scuba Diving Lesson

At the scheduled time, we'll meet in the Marina Sant Jordi port, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. These warm and calm waters on the Costa Dorada will be the perfect place to dive into the underwater world.

First, we'll have a theory lesson to learn how to dive safely, including how the oxygen tank works, movement techniques, and necessary risk prevention measures.

After the theory session, we'll put what we've learned into practice. Accompanied by our instructor, we'll put on our scuba diving equipment and dive into the waves around Cala Llobeta, one of the most beautiful and calm areas in the region.

We'll dive down to a maximum depth of 16 feet (5 metres) during the lesson, enjoying the clarity and biodiversity of the seabed in this Catalan town.
