In this bird watching activity in the Ebro Delta, we'll admire the great ornithological diversity of this area of the province of Tarragona.

Ebro Delta Bird Watching Tour

We'll meet at the reception of Camping Ampolla Playa de L'Ampolla at the indicated time. From there, we'll begin our tour to explore the fauna of the Ebro Delta Natural Park, which will be conducted on foot and in your own car, following the guide's vehicle.

Accompanied by an environmental educator, we will explore the Olles Lagoon, which supports a significant population of waterfowl. During the tour, we will observe various bird species in this unique ecosystem by visiting the viewpoints around the lagoon to see ducks, egrets, kingfishers, stilts, and flamingos.

We will also learn about the regional vegetation and the rice fields surrounding the reserve. This bird watching experience will cover the coastline from L'Ampolla to the fishing port of Illa de Mar in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park.

The tour lasts two and a half to three hours, concluding with a return to the meeting point.
