Carpishuyacu Waterfall Day Trip

Meet at 385 on Jiron Nasca at the designated time. We will board a minibus and travel along the Yurimaguas road towards the Carpishuyacu Waterfall area.

After approximately a 1-hour drive, we will start a 30-minute walk, during which you can admire the scenery and learn about local biodiversity, including butterflies, birds, and amphibians found in the Peruvian jungle.

Upon arriving at the Carpishuyacu Waterfall, witness 33 feet (10 metres) of cascading water. You will have 1 hour of free time to swim in the waterfall or explore the area at your leisure.

The next stop will be the Thermal Baths of San José, where you can relax in the hot springs for 30 minutes. A lunch will be provided, consisting of a main course and a drink.

Finally, we will return to the starting point in Tarapoto, concluding our day trip after a total of 8 hours.
