Carpishuyacu Waterfall Day Trip

Once we've met up at the designated time at 385 on Jiron Nasca, we'll board our minibus and drive along the Yurimaguas road towards the area surrounding the Carpishuyacu Waterfall.

After approximately a 1-hour drive, we'll embark on a 30-minute walk to admire the scenery around the waterfall. Our guide will highlight the biodiversity of the area, pointing out various species of butterflies, birds, and amphibians found in the Peruvian jungle.

Upon reaching the Carpishuyacu Waterfall, you'll see 33 feet (10 meters) of cascading water and enjoy 1 hour of free time for swimming or exploring the area independently.

Next, we'll proceed to the Thermal Baths of San José, where you'll have 30 minutes to relax in the hot springs. A lunch consisting of a main course and a drink will follow.

Afterwards, we'll return to the starting point in Tarapoto, concluding our day trip after a total of 8 hours.
