Rafting on Cangrejal River

Description

At 8:30 am, we'll meet in the Central Plaza of La Ceiba to get on a minibus that will take us to the Cangrejal River.

After a short half-hour ride, we'll arrive at the top of the river, where we'll gear up to embark on an exhilarating rafting adventure. We'll navigate through the rapids of the Cangrejal River until we reach the Bejuco trail.

Once at the trail, we'll disembark from the rafts and hike to a hidden waterfall. Here, we'll have the chance to replenish our energy with tropical fruits. After resting, we'll continue our descent, navigating level 4 rapids.

Finally, after conquering the Cangrejal River, we'll head back to La Ceiba. We'll arrive back at the meeting point around 2 pm.

Rapid Levels

Depending on the time of the year, the rapids will vary. With low water levels, the rapids will be level 2 and 3, and with high water levels, they will be level 3 and 4.
