Explore the unique volcanic landscapes of Lobos Island on this kayak tour from Corralejo. Snorkel in its crystal clear waters and discover a spectacular beach!

Kayak Tour to Lobos Island

We'll meet at Waikiki Beach in Corralejo at 10 am for a kayak tour to Lobos Island. The name, "Wolves Island" in Spanish, comes from its historical inhabitants of sea wolves, or monk seals.

First, we'll provide instructions on how to handle the kayaks before starting our hour-long trip across the Bocaina Strait, which separates Fuerteventura from Isla de Lobos.

Upon arrival, we’ll don our snorkelling equipment to explore the marine diversity of this region. Keep an eye out for bream, mussels, and crabs. At around 12:30 pm, we’ll enjoy a picnic lunch to regain our energy.

Next, we will visit El Puertito, a natural beach rich with fish and quaint fishermen's houses, with opportunities to observe seagulls, bustards, and shearwaters.

Afterward, we will return to the kayaks to paddle back to Corralejo, arriving at Waikiki Beach by 3 pm.
