- Your entry to Loro Parque is not expired, so if you cannot access the selected day, you can do it any other day of the same season with the same ticket.
- This entry is valid only for the benefit indicated and will be subject to electronic verification in access to the park. Each entry has a unique control bar code, which allows A ACCESS ONLY to the park. Once validated it cannot be used later.
- This entry provides direct access to the park without previous exchange in Taquilla on the date or period of validity described in the same.
- Tickets are not refundable, or cumulative to other promotions or discounts.
- Age accreditation or your DNI may be required in access to the park to verify your identity and access it. In the case of acquisition of tickets with a reduced price, you must be credited with the certificate or document that warrants that status in the ticket offices, in order to access the park.
- Keep your entry safe and protect against your deterioration, especially the bar code.

*Residents: The Resident Status with the National Identity Document and for children under 14 years of age who do not have such a document will need to be accredited, the City Council Certificate in which they reside.
