Get a glimpse of paradise on our Balandra Beach Day Trip & Swimming with Sea Lions adventure. You'll see one of the most beautiful beaches and swim with sea lions in Baja California.
Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Marina Asipona in La Paz. From there, we'll set off on a boat trip to the Balandra Beach Nature Reserve.
During the crossing, we'll stop at the San Rafaelito Islet to see the sea lion colonies. You'll have the opportunity to snorkel and observe these animals underwater, as well as swim with them while exploring the Gulf of California.
After the sea lions, we'll continue to Balandra Beach. You'll experience a landscape of cacti, reddish hills, and clear waters. Notably, you'll see a unique rock formation known as El Hongo (The Mushroom).
We'll provide a lunch on board the boat that includes ceviche, a ham and cheese sandwich, chips, fresh fruit, and biscuits.
After lunch, we'll return to our starting point, arriving approximately 5 to 6 hours after the initial pickup.
Important Info
During June, July, and August, sea lion water activities are restricted. If you take the tour during these months, we'll snorkel at a reef for about 1 hour instead.
