Fighting Cholitas Show
We'll pick you up from your hotel in La Paz before heading to El Alto, the second most populated city in Bolivia.
After a brief journey of around 45 minutes, we'll arrive at the venue for the wrestling match. The Fighting Cholitas are a group of indigenous Bolivian women who have been staging bouts in full traditional costume, serving as a form of empowerment and raising awareness of their position.
Upon arrival, you'll take your seat close to the ring, providing a prime view of the event. Enjoy popcorn and a soft drink of your choice as you watch the fight, which is similar to Mexican lucha libre or American pro wrestling, dramatized for entertainment. You will witness spectacular elbow drops, flying kicks, and other acrobatic moves.
After this performance, we'll return to La Paz on the bus.
