Our journey commences at the Mercado Lanza, a vibrant spot favored by locals for its fresh produce and tropical fruits. As we navigate through this bustling market, a delightful treat awaits you: a refreshing api con pastel, a traditional beverage made from purple corn paired with a delicious empanada.

Following this, we will visit popular local dining spots to savor the iconic snacks and renowned dishes from the area. While strolling through the historic center of La Paz, you will gain insights into Bolivian gastronomy and the stories behind local culinary traditions.

Our next stop will feature a restaurant where you can indulge in Colonial or Andean specialties, complemented with a chilled beer. You'll also have the opportunity to taste singani, a celebrated spirit crafted from the Muscat of Alexandria grape, at a charming local establishment.

We'll wrap up our culinary tour by enjoying charquicán or pique macho, a delectable local dish consisting of beef, sausages, potatoes, and egg. A true delight!
