Magdalena Bay Whale Watching

Between 8 and 9 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in La Paz. From there, we'll head to Magdalena Bay, where you'll have the opportunity to admire gray whales up close.

We will board a boat to search for these marine mammals. While cruising, we'll observe the dunes, mangroves, and endemic birds of the area.

Keep an eye out! Whales may surface at any moment. Adult cetaceans can weigh up to 35 tonnes (over 77,100 lb), demonstrating graceful movement and performing acrobatics.

After the tour, we'll disembark and return to La Paz for a typical lunch at a local restaurant. We'll then take you back to your hotel, arriving between 7 and 8 pm.
