Swimming with Whale Sharks in La Paz
At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Recinto Portuario to begin the adventure on the coast of La Paz. Participants will don equipment and learn about the activity from instructors.
Next, we will board a catamaran that will take us to the swimming spot, located not far from the coast. Participants will swim alongside whale sharks, the largest species of fish in the world, some growing up to 40 feet (12 metres) long.
Participants will spend 2 hours observing these sea creatures up close. Whale sharks have existed for over 70 million years. After this experience, the crew will prepare a snack of seasonal fruits, water, and soft drinks.
Once swimming with the whale sharks concludes, we will sail back to dry land, returning to the starting point in La Paz. The activity will last a total of 6 hours.
