Tour Details
We'll meet at the emblematic Plaza San Francisco, a square rich in history. From here, we'll begin our walking tour of La Paz, exploring its streets that have witnessed the battles and progress of the women of this city.
Our first stop will be Sagárnaga Street, known for its cultural shops. As we walk, we'll discuss the efforts of La Paz women for education and bodily autonomy.
The tour continues in the district of Max Paredes, where women entrepreneurs lead businesses crucial for the local economy.
Next, we’ll visit the Mercado Rodríguez, a market showcasing the gastronomic richness of La Paz, before heading to San Pedro, a neighborhood known for its namesake prison.
