In the morning, we will pick you up from your hotel in downtown La Paz before departing for Mount Chacaltaya. After crossing the Bolivian altiplano for about two hours, we will reach the mountain's base camp.

At the base, a short hike of 650 feet will take us to the summit. From the top, you will experience panoramic views where snow-capped peaks meet the typical Bolivian landscapes. After enjoying the views, we will descend and head to the Valle de la Luna.

Upon arrival at Valle de la Luna, we will explore the area on foot with a gentle walk, as the altitude here is lower compared to other Bolivian locations. Our guide will explain the origin of the rock formations and the history behind the valley's name.

The trip concludes with a return to La Paz in the midafternoon, dropping you off at Plaza de San Francisco.
