Day Trip to Pisa & Bay of Poets for Cruise Ships

Arriving at Spezia by cruise ship? Join us on this day trip to Pisa and the Bay of Poets to discover two must-see spots in Tuscany and Liguria.

Day Trip Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Spezia's cruise terminal and, once everyone is here, we'll set off on a 1-hour bus journey to Pisa.

Upon arrival, we'll drop you off at Piazza dei Miracoli, where you can explore at your own pace. You can admire the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and other monuments in this unique square. You will have 2 hours of free time to explore the streets of the historic centre and take photos. Recommended sites include Piazza dei Cavalieri and Via Santa Maria for local products.

After your time in Pisa, we'll board the bus to continue our journey along the Ligurian coast towards the Bay of Poets, visiting either Lerici or Sarzana depending on the weather conditions. Lerici is known for its picturesque houses by the port, while Sarzana features the Fortezza Firmafede, the Cathedral of Santa Maria, and Napoleon's house.

After this visit, we will return to our starting point, completing this 6-hour day trip.
