Florence Shore Excursion

Upon disembarking at the cruise terminal in La Spezia, you will take the free shuttle bus to Largo Michelle Fiorillo. From there, you will embark on a 2-hour journey to Florence, a key city in Italy's Renaissance history. Once at Piazzale Montelungo, you will have 4.5 hours of free time to explore the historic center.

During your free time, you can visit prominent sites such as the Duomo, Brunelleschi's dome, Giotto's bell tower, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, the San Lorenzo market, and the Ponte Vecchio. You may also sample typical local dishes, like panino al lampredotto from street vendors or bistecca alla fiorentina at local establishments.

At the end of the excursion, you will reconvene at the station to return to La Spezia, arriving at the cruise terminal 8 hours after the excursion begins.
