Reasons to Explore the Romanesque Churches of Vall de Boí

Securing a ticket to the Vall de Boí churches allows you to uncover these unique architectural treasures recognized as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO. The allure of Catalan Romanesque design is awaiting your discovery!

The site comprises eight churches and an accompanying hermitage. With your entrance ticket, access the five Romanesque churches that welcome visitors: Sant Climent de Taüll, Sant Joan de Boí, Santa Eulàlia d'Erill la Vall, Sant Feliu de Barruera, and Nativitat de Durro. The ticket also grants you entry to a video mapping show that vividly reimagines the 12th-century frescoes within Sant Climent de Taüll.

These remarkable structures were influenced by designs that originated from northern Italy, specifically constructed during the 11th and 12th centuries, showcasing the Lombard Romanesque style. Internally, you will discover their distinctive features and appreciate the concealed beauty encapsulated in their walls.
