California 3-Day Trip

Day 1: Los Angeles - Santa Barbara - Carmel - San Francisco

Meet at 6:30 am on Fairfax Boulevard to board a minibus. We will leave Los Angeles and head north along the Californian coast, stopping first at Santa Barbara to learn about its history related to religious missions. Next, we will visit Solvang's shops and travel along the 17 Mile Drive. We'll conclude the day in Carmel, with free time for exploration before heading to Silicon Valley for the night.

Day 2: San Francisco

The second day is dedicated to San Francisco. We will start at Fisherman's Wharf, followed by a boat ride in San Francisco Bay, passing under the Golden Gate Bridge and viewing Alcatraz Island. Post-boat ride, lunch will be at a local restaurant, after which a guided city tour will cover highlights such as Golden Gate, Chinatown, and Union Square.

Day 3: San Francisco - Yosemite - Los Angeles

We'll start with a continental breakfast, then depart for Yosemite National Park. Exploration of its forests, lakes, and waterfalls is planned. In the late afternoon, we will return to Los Angeles to the starting point.

Itinerary changes

From April to October, Yosemite is on the itinerary, subject to weather conditions. In winter, we will visit Monterey instead, followed by Hearst Castle to explore its history and significance.

Accommodation

The tour includes two nights accommodation in double rooms with breakfast:

Day 1: La Quinta Inn - Morgan Hill (2 stars).Day 2: Park Inn Hotel - Modesto (3 stars) for tours from May to October; Holiday Inn Hotel - Monterey (3 stars) for tours from November to April.
