Would you like to learn first-hand how honey is produced? At the appointed time, we'll meet you at the Apiário Margaridas Bee Farm, where you can be a beekeeper for a day!

We'll enter this small farm full of daisies, the ideal attraction for the bees that come here to pollinate the flowers. Accompanied by the owner of Apiário Margaridas, we'll learn about the wonderful world of bees and their main treasure, honey.

Firstly, we'll don our beekeeper's gear and learn about the tasks involved in caring for the hives. By opening the hives, you'll discover the species of bees on the farm, how a hive is organised and the different functions that bees carry out throughout their lives.

To conclude this visit, we'll participate in a honey-tasting activity.
