São Miguel Coasteering Tour

One of the most exhilarating and enjoyable ways to explore the coastline of São Miguel Island is on our Coasteering adventure on the south coast. We'll tour the area while swimming, climbing, and cliff jumping for an unforgettable experience, exploring the pristine waters of the ocean and remarkable volcanic rock formations.

Description

At the designated time, we'll meet at the Caloura Port to begin our coasteering adventure in the south of São Miguel. This activity takes place in Caloura, a location known for its microclimate, fertile soil, and coastal views, situated approximately a 20-minute drive from Ponta Delgada.

We will engage in hiking, cliff jumping, and climbing. After a short introductory talk, we will equip ourselves with the necessary safety equipment to explore the coastline. Our journey includes walking along natural trails and jumping into the water from steep rocks. We will discover hidden caves and snorkel to explore the underwater life.

The activity lasts a total of 3 hours, concluding with a walk back to Caloura Port to return the equipment.
