São Miguel Coasteering Tour

One of the most exhilarating ways to explore the coastline of São Miguel Island is on our Coasteering adventure on the south coast. We'll tour the area while swimming, climbing, and cliff jumping for an unforgettable experience, exploring the pristine waters and remarkable volcanic rock formations.

Description

At the designated time, we'll meet at the Caloura Port for our coasteering adventure. This activity takes place in Caloura, known for its microclimate and coastal views, around a 20-minute drive from Ponta Delgada.

We'll participate in various outdoor activities such as hiking, cliff jumping, and climbing. After a brief introduction, we'll equip ourselves with the necessary safety equipment to explore the stunning coastline.

The adventure includes walking along natural trails, with opportunities to jump into the water from steep rocks and discover hidden caves. We will also engage in snorkeling to explore the underwater environment.

The activity concludes with a walk back to the Caloura Port to return the equipment, totaling approximately 3 hours.
