Duero Valley Tour

On this full tour of the Duero Valley, we'll visit different wineries and enjoy a winetasting from Porto, along with taking a boat ride.

Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel at the specified time to explore Northern Portugal.

Our first stop is a wine farm where we will explore vineyards and learn about wine production in the region. This visit concludes with a winetasting from Porto and other towns in the Duero Valley.

Next, we'll head to the river to take a boat down the Duero for a 1-hour journey on a rabelo, a traditional wooden boat. We will admire the vineyards along the river.

After the boat ride, a stop at a local restaurant will allow us to enjoy a traditional lunch with local drinks. Post-lunch, we'll visit a viewpoint for stunning panoramics of the Duero Valley.

We will then proceed to another wine farm to learn about production methods and ageing of wines. We will try some varieties made in Porto and the Duero Valley.

After the second winetasting, we will return to your hotel, arriving after about 8 hours.
