Duero Valley Tour

On this full tour of the Duero Valley, we'll visit different wineries and enjoy a winetasting from Porto, along with a boat ride.

Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time to explore Northern Portugal.

Our first stop will be at a wine farm to explore its vineyards and learn about the wine production in the area. This visit will conclude with a winetasting from Porto and other towns in the Duero Valley.

Next, we'll proceed to the river's edge for a 1-hour boat ride down the Duero on a traditional rabelo wooden boat. During the ride, we will admire the vineyards along the river.

Following the boat ride, we will have a traditional lunch at a local restaurant, featuring a local dish and beverages. After lunch, we'll visit a viewpoint for panoramic views of the Duero Valley.

We will then continue to another farm to learn about product methods and wine ageing in Northern Portugal, and we will taste additional varieties made in Porto and the Duero Valley.

After the second winetasting, we will return to your hotel, completing the tour in approximately 8 hours.
