Description

We'll meet at the indicated time at the Quinta da Portela de Baixo winery in Lamego to begin a guided tour. Upon arrival, you'll appreciate the 15 hectares (37 acres) of vineyards. The guided tour will include visits to the wine production and storage room and the Cellar Museum, where you'll learn about the history and production of Port wine.

Following the tour, we will go to the gardens or panoramic room, depending on the weather, for a tasting of six types of wine produced at the winery, including sparkling wine, DOC Douro white and red wines, and three types of Port wine. The tasting will be accompanied by regional products, such as bôla, olive oil, cheeses, and jams.

After approximately an hour and a half, we'll conclude the guided tour at the starting point.
