Embarking on this tour, we'll lead you through the grandeur of La Rioja's city center in Argentina, uncovering the historical remnants of Las Padercitas.

We'll pick you up at your La Rioja hotel at the designated time and head toward the heart of the historic city.

Our first stop will be the 25 de Mayo Square, featuring the impressive facade of the Basilica-Cathedral of San Nicolás de Bari. This church has been a focal point of devotion in La Rioja since 1894 when a powerful earthquake led to its reconstruction in the early 20th century.

Next, we will view the City Hall amidst architecturally captivating structures that enhance the cityscape. Throughout the tour, you will experience the dynamic interplay of architecture and history.

As we conclude our exploration of the historic center, we will visit Las Padercitas, a group of adobe buildings from 1630, enclosed by a stone wall. This site includes a church where San Francisco Solano historically prevented a group of indigenous people from entering the city, a significant moment we will discuss.

After our visit to Las Padercitas, we'll return to La Rioja and drop you off at your hotel after a total duration of approximately three hours.
