Salt flats, mountains, and arid dunes: discover one of the most impressive desert landscapes in the United States on this tour to Death Valley National Park from Las Vegas.

Death Valley Tour

Death Valley is located in the Mojave Desert and is known for its extreme heat in summer and lowest elevation in North America.

Pickup from your hotel in Las Vegas occurs between 5:45 and 6:30 am, followed by a 1.5-hour drive to Death Valley National Park, situated on the Nevada-California border.

The tour includes stops at key locations: Rest Stop Area 51 for souvenirs, Death Valley Nut & Candy Co, Rhyolite Ghost Town, and the entrance at Hell's Gate.

By approximately 10:30 am, the tour reaches the Mesquite Sand Dunes, where a mid-morning American-style breakfast will be provided. Sightseeing destinations include Badwater Basin, a notable salt flat at 86m (282 feet) below sea level, and Zabriskie Point, which offers spectacular views of the landscape.

Throughout the drive, guests will experience various geological features, including mountains, valleys, sand dunes, canyons, and multi-colored hills.

The last stop before returning to Las Vegas will be in the town of Pahrump at a rest stop.

You will be dropped back at your hotel in Las Vegas around 4:15 pm.
