Description
Day 1: Las Vegas - Zion National Park - Bryce Canyon
As we gather at the designated pickup point at the Palms Casino loading area, we will board a comfortable minibus and commence our journey to Zion National Park in southern Utah. During the 2.5-hour drive, enjoy the stunning desert views before pausing for a delightful breakfast.
With our appetites sated, we will embark on a hiking trail alongside the Virgin River, taking in the grandeur of the soaring mountains that define this picturesque landscape.
After an enriching exploration of Zion lasting approximately 2.5 hours, we will proceed to Bryce Canyon in Utah. Here, we will encounter the remarkable natural structures known as fairy chimneys and uncover the story behind their intriguing name. Subsequently, we will return to our lodging for a restful evening.
Day 2: Lake Powell - Monument Valley
Following breakfast, we will travel via minibus to a spot near the Arizona border, where Lake Powell awaits our discovery. As we soak in the magnificent views of this artificial reservoir, we may recall the many films shot in this stunning location. An optional tour to Antelope Canyon will also be available for those interested.
Lunch will follow before we take off for an afternoon of exploration in Monument Valley via 4x4. After visiting the traditional lands of the Navajo Nation, we will return to our accommodation to unwind.
Day 3: Grand Canyon - Las Vegas
After enjoying breakfast, our adventure continues as we head toward the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, the iconic gorge sculpted by the Colorado River over millennia. We will dedicate the entire day to uncovering its striking natural beauty—be sure to bring your cameras! There is also an optional helicopter ride for those wishing to experience the canyon from above. We will make our way back to Las Vegas via the historic Route 66, arriving around 8 PM.
