Interlaken + Harder Kulm Day Trip

Meet us in front of the Lausanne Aquatis Vennes Aquarium to start the journey to the Canton of Bern region.

After a brief 2-hour journey, we will arrive at Harderbahn station along the Aar River. You will receive tickets for the funicular railway to Harder Kulm lookout point station. The ride takes approximately 10 minutes to reach an altitude of 1,322 meters (4,337 feet).

From this vantage point, enjoy panoramic views of the Bernese Alps, Interlaken, and the two lakes, Brienzersee and Thunersee.

You will descend via the funicular, and after arriving at the bottom, we will head to the historic downtown area of Interlaken. You will have the rest of the day free to explore and sample traditional flavors.

Recommended activities include visiting commercial streets for Helvetic products like pocket knives and cuckoo clocks, and enjoying Swiss culinary specialties, including local chocolates and traditional fondue.

We will pick you up from downtown Interlaken for the return trip to Lausanne, arriving approximately 12 hours later.
