Meet in front of the Lausanne Aquatis Vennes Aquarium for the departure to the Canton of Bern region.

After a 2-hour journey, arrive at the Harderbahn station along the Aar River, where you'll receive tickets for the funicular railway. The ride to the Harder Kulm lookout point station takes just 10 minutes, reaching an altitude of 1,322 meters (4,337 feet) above sea level.

From this vantage point, enjoy views of the Bernese Alps, Interlaken, and the surrounding lakes, Brienzersee and Thunersee.

After taking in the views, return down via the funicular. Once at the bottom, we will proceed to the historic downtown area of Interlaken, where you will have the rest of the day free to explore the city and its local flavors.

Recommended areas to explore include the commercial streets for Helvetic products such as pocket knives and cuckoo clocks. You may also wish to try local chocolate shops or enjoy a traditional fondue.

We will pick you up from downtown Interlaken for the return trip to Lausanne, arriving approximately 12 hours later.
