Interlaken & Schilthorn Day Trip from Lausanne

In the morning, depart from Lausanne towards Schilthorn, a peak in the Bernese Pre-Alps, measuring 9,744 feet (2,970 metres) above sea level. Admire the famous Jungfrau, Mönch , and Eiger peaks, all designated as World Heritage Sites.

Take the cable car to the summit, the filming location for the 1969 James Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." Explore interactive exhibitions at Schilthorn while enjoying the views of the snow-capped mountains.

If seeking thrills, walk over the jagged peaks on an adrenaline-inducing walkway. This culminates in a spectacular panoramic vista from the famous Piz Gloria revolving restaurant at the top of Schilthorn.

After descending, visit Interlaken, located between Lakes Thun and Brienz. Enjoy free time to stroll between traditional houses, explore the historic center, and visit typical shops. Conclude the tour with a visit to a local restaurant for some Swiss cuisine (not included).

The tour concludes back in Lausanne after a total duration of 12 hours.
