Jungfrau Trip

Walk along the highest glacier in Europe on this trip to Jungfrau. You'll travel the Alps by rack train, go through an ice tunnel, and explore a village between two lakes.

We'll meet at the designated time, travel through valleys and mountains, and reach Interlaken, the tourist capital of the Bernese Alps. A brief stop will be made to admire views of lakes Thun and Brienz.

Next, we will head to Lauterbrunnen, a village in a U-valley of the Alps. Here, we will board the rack train and travel through the alpine landscape to the highest train station in Europe at 3454 meters.

Once on the Jungfrau, we will enjoy impressive views, walk along the mountain, and visit the Sphinx Observatory for panoramic views of Eiger and Mönch.

We will also enter the glacier by walking through the ice tunnel and learn about the history of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

After our visit to Jungfrau, we will return to Interlaken, where you will have free time to explore the narrow streets and shops of the village.

At the end of the tour, we will take a bus back to Lausanne, concluding the trip after a total of 12 hours.
