On this bioluminescent plankton tour by kayak, we will observe these microorganisms on the quiet coast of Holbox.

Kayaking with Glowing Plankton

We will meet at Palomino Street in Holbox, depending on the lunar calendar.

After a welcome, we will walk along the beach to identify stars and constellations using lasers and binoculars. We will then prepare equipment and paddle for about 25 minutes to Punta Mosquito, where we will experience the magic of luminescent plankton. Upon arrival, you will have 45 minutes to swim and interact with the luminescence. Following this, we will paddle for another 25 minutes back to our starting point and walk for about 10 minutes to return to the meeting spot.
