At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the meeting point on the island of Holbox for this kayaking activity. You will learn how to handle the kayaks and practice paddling under the starry night sky.

We will start paddling along the coast of Holbox in search of bioluminescent plankton. Participants can dive into the warm waters of the Mexican Caribbean to observe the plankton up close. The blue light emitted by these microorganisms is enhanced by water movement.

We'll paddle for 20 to 30 minutes while admiring the luminescent plankton and the stars. The absence of light pollution allows us to appreciate the constellations, planets, and part of the Milky Way.

Eventually, we'll return to the meeting point, arriving one and a half to two hours after the start time.
