Gianni and Lucia, the owners of La Pesenata farm, will await you at the entrance of their farm at the specified time. We will learn the essential elements of a biodynamic farm and how this couple maintains their farm located south of Lake Garda.

During the estate tour, Gianni and Luca will explain the main principles of biodynamic farming, characterized by the absence of pesticides and other chemicals, replaced by naturally occurring treatments, and the influence of astrology on farming and livestock practices.

We will tour the vineyards and apiary, and observe the chickens, donkeys, and ponies that reside on the farm. Following the tour, we will gather for a tasting of 4 biodynamic wines, including Chiaretto and Bardolino, accompanied by cured meats and cheeses from Verona. These wines are made without chemical products and with minimal sulfites.

After 2 hours, we will conclude the experience and say our goodbyes.
