Le Morne Brabant Trekking Tour

At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula. We'll drive by 4x4 to the northeast flank of the mountain to start the trekking route through Le Morne Brabant. This walk will take between 3 and 4 hours, covering a total distance of 5.6 kilometres, with several stops to appreciate the natural environment.

In the first part of the route, we will climb up to 200 metres to watch the sunrise over the bay of Le Morne. After witnessing the dawn, we'll continue climbing to the top.

The summit is 465 metres high, where we'll take a 45-minute break to contemplate the landscape. From the top, we will see green valleys and the Benitiers and Fourneau islands, located to the north and south of the peninsula.

We will then descend to the base of the mountain and return by 4x4 to the pick-up point, arriving between 9 am and 10 am.

This activity includes pick-up at 5:40 am from hotels on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula. If staying in other areas of Mauritius, we'll meet on Route Cotiere road in Le Morne Brabant at 6 am.
