Le Morne Brabant Trekking Tour

At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula. We will drive by 4x4 to the northeast flank of the mountain, where we'll start the trekking route through Le Morne Brabant. The hike will take between 3 to 4 hours, covering a total distance of 5.6 kilometres with several stops to enjoy the environment.

Initially, we will climb 200 metres to watch the sunrise over the bay of Le Morne, experiencing vivid orange and scarlet tones. After enjoying the sunrise, we will continue climbing to the summit of Le Morne Brabant, which stands at 465 metres high. At the top, we will take a 45-minute break to contemplate the landscape, including views of the green valleys and the Benitiers and Fourneau islands.

Following our break, we'll descend to the base of the mountain and return by 4x4 to the pick-up point, arriving between 9 am and 10 am.

This activity includes pick-up at 5:40 am from hotels on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula. For those staying in other parts of Mauritius, meeting at 6 am is scheduled directly on the Route Cotiere road in Le Morne Brabant.
