Le Morne Brabant Trekking Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula at the appointed time. A 4x4 will take us to the northeast flank of the mountain, where the trekking route will begin. The walk lasts between 3 and 4 hours, covering a total distance of 5.6 kilometres, with several stops to appreciate the natural environment.

In the first part of the route, we will climb up to 200 metres to watch the sunrise over the bay of Le Morne. After enjoying the dawn over the Indian Ocean, we will continue our ascent to the summit of Le Morne Brabant.

The summit reaches 465 metres high. At the top, we will have a 45-minute break to contemplate the landscape, observing the green valleys and the Benitiers and Fourneau islands.

We will then begin our descent to the base of the mountain, followed by a return trip by 4x4 to the pick-up point, arriving between 9 am and 10 am.

This activity includes pick-up at 5:40 am from hotels on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula. If you are staying elsewhere in Mauritius, we will meet at 6 am on the Route Cotiere road in Le Morne Brabant.
