Le Morne Brabant Trekking Tour

At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula, located in the southwestern tip of Mauritius. We'll drive by 4x4 to the northeast flank of the mountain, where we'll start trekking through Le Morne Brabant. This walk will take us between 3 and 4 hours, covering a total distance of 5.6 kilometres, with several stops to enjoy the natural environment.

In the first part of the route, we will climb up to 200 metres to watch the sunrise over the bay of Le Morne. After admiring the dawn, we'll continue climbing to the summit of Le Morne Brabant, which is 465 metres high. At the top, we will take a 45-minute break to contemplate the landscape, including views of the green valleys and the Benitiers and Fourneau islands.

Finally, we'll start the descent to the base of the mountain and return by 4x4 to the pick-up point, arriving between 9 am and 10 am.

This activity includes pick-up at 5:40 am from hotels on the Le Morne Brabant peninsula. For those staying in other areas of Mauritius, we will meet at 6 am directly on the Route Cotiere road in Le Morne Brabant.
