Leeds Walking Tour

At 10:30 am we'll meet in front of the Town Hall, the perfect place to start this guided walking tour of Leeds.

Leaving the Town Hall behind, we'll approach the central City Square, where we'll see various statues, including the statue of Edward "The Black Prince." We'll learn about the eight nude nymphs holding lamps in this esplanade.

Continuing through the streets, we'll arrive at the Leeds Corn Exchange, a Victorian-style shopping center that exemplifies the city's blend of old and new.

Leeds is a great city for shopping. After visiting the Corn Exchange, we'll stroll through Kirkgate Market, one of the largest indoor markets in Europe.

Finally, we'll check out Victoria Quarter, a network of interconnected, covered shopping spaces featuring marble, mosaics, cast and wrought iron, and carved mahogany. The guided tour will end at noon outside Victoria Quarter.
